Glasgow’s team plays Rangers in the Old Firm on Sunday and could be just one point behind the leaders.

Hearts, with Cláudio Braga in the starting eleven, could only manage a draw away to Motherwell (1-1) and could see Celtic close the gap to just one point in the title race, which they continue to lead, with only two rounds remaining in the Scottish League.

At Fir Park in Motherwell, Hearts fell behind after 25 minutes due to an own goal by Stephen Kingsley, but managed to equalize before halftime through Lawrence Shankland, who scored on the rebound after Ward’s incomplete save (43′).

The score remained unchanged in the second half and could see Celtic close the gap on the leaders of the Scottish Championship play=offs. If they win the derby against Rangers on Sunday (12:00), the Catholics will be just one point behind Hearts, who continue to lead the competition.

It’s worth remembering that, in the final round, Celtic and Hearts will face each other at Celtic Park in Glasgow.

Also on Saturday, Hibernian defeated Falkirik [3-1] and continues to dream of a place in the Conference League next season.
