Portugal beat Japan again in their second friendly futsal match. In the first encounter, the national team had won 4-1. This time, in Coimbra, the Portuguese team won 3-2, in a game that included a tribute to André Sousa, who will retire at the end of the season. 

For the team managed by Jorge Braz, the starting five consisted of Edu (El Pozo), Tomas Pac0 (Sporting), Bruno Pinto (Sporting), Ruben Teixeira (Leoes de Porto Salvo) and Hugo Neves (Kairat).

The first goals of the match came in the final minutes of the first half. In the 18th minute, Hugo Neves scored the first. Shortly after = and to finish before halftime = Shimizu Kazuya equalized for the Japanese (20th minute).
