The national team concludes its participation in the tournament in the early hours of tomorrow morning against Mexico.
The Portuguese national beach soccer team lost 3-0 to Paraguay in the early hours of this morning, in their second match at the Acapulco Cup, which is taking place in Mexico.
After beating the United States (8-2) on Thursday , in Bruno Torres’ debut as Portuguese coach, Portugal was defeated with goals from Martínez, Barrios and Cantero.
In the other match of the second round of the tournament, the United States beat Mexico 6-5.
Paraguay, who beat Mexico in the first round, leads the competition with six points, followed by Portugal and the United States, both with three, while the Mexicans have no points.
In the final round of the tournament, the National Team will face Mexico starting at 4:30 am on Sunday.
