Maritimo could be champions, Académico could be promoted, eight teams could secure their place in the league, and one could be relegated.
With Maritimo already promoted to the Liga, the 32nd and penultimate round of the II Liga could secure more objectives for several teams in the championship.
Marítimo, after being promoted, could win the championship title. Academico de Viseu could secure promotion. Then, there are eight clubs that could ensure their survival: Desp. Chaves, Feirense, FC Porto B, Lusitânia de Lourosa, Sporting B, Benfica B, Felgueiras, and Penafiel. Further down the table, UD Oliveirense could be relegated to Liga 3. What is certain this round is that, under no circumstances, will the play-off spot for promotion (to be contested with the 16th-placed team in the League) be decided, currently occupied by Torreense with 50 points. The play-off spot to avoid relegation (to be played against the third-placed team from the promotion phase of League 3) will also remain open. It is currently occupied by Paços de Ferreira with 35 points. Farense, Paços, and Portimonense are not guaranteed to stay in the league this round, but it is also certain that in no scenario can they be relegated this time.
32nd Round:
Friday, May 1st:
Maritimo=Leixoes, 3:30 PM;
Sporting B=Benfica B, 8:30 PM
Saturday, May 2nd:
UD Oliveirense vs. Lusitânia de Lourosa, 11:00 AM

Sunday, May 3rd:

U. Leiria=Farense, 3:30 PM
Monday, May 4th:
FC Porto B vs. Felgueiras, 6:00 PM
Torreense vs. Penafiel, 6:00 PM
Maritimo will be champions:
= If they get points against Leixoes
= If they lose and Academico de Viseu doesn’t win
Academico de Viseu gets promoted:
= If and only if they beat Vizela and Torreense lose to Penafiel.
Desportivo Chaves, Feirense, FC Porto B, Lusitânia de Lourosa, Sporting B, Benfica B, and Felgueiras will secure their place in the league
if they win their matches. For some of these teams, this is explained by the fact that the last two rounds still include a Farense-Paços de Ferreira match and a Pacos de Ferreira=Penafiel match, direct duels involving the current 14th, 15th, and 16th placed teams, meaning that at least one of them will not accumulate all possible points.
Precisely for the reasons explained above, if these eight teams do not win their respective matches, they can also secure their place in the league in several ways, always depending on the outcomes of other matches between the teams positioned from seventh to 18th place who are still fighting for survival.
Penafiel secures its place in the league:
– If and only if they win and Farense and Paços de Ferreira don’t win (remembering that there is a Farense-Paços match on matchday 33).
UD Oliveirense will be relegated to Liga 3:
= If they lose
= If they draw and Farense, Paços and Portimonense score points (remembering that there is a Farense-Paços match in the 33rd round and a Portimonense=Farense match in the 34th, which will mean that someone or all of them will score points).
