German women defeated Manchester United, Gunners prevailed in the London derby.
Bayern Munich and Arsenal are the first two teams to qualify for the semi-finals of the Women’s Champions League.
The German team beat Manchester United 2-1 in Munich, after winning 3-2 in the first leg. Bayern turned the result around against United in the final minutes. Melvine Malard put the English side ahead in the 11th minute, but goals from Glódís Viggósdóttir (81st minute) and Linda Dallmann (84th minute) secured the victory.
In the London derby, Arsenal, who held a 3-1 lead, only lost 1-0 to Chelsea, thanks to a solitary goal scored by Sjoeke Nusken in the 90+4 minute.
The final semi-final draw will be completed after Barcelona-Real Madrid (6-2 in the first leg) and Lyon-Wolfsburg (0-1), which will be played on Thursday. The winner of Barcelona-Real Madrid will face Bayern Munich, while the winner of Lyon-Wolfsburg will play Arsenal.
