Water Polo: V. Guimaraes and Benfica win the Portuguese Cup.

V. Guimarães and Benfica won the Portuguese Cup in water polo this Sunday, after having already won the Super Cup this season.

In the men’s competition, the Guimarães team prevailed over Fluvial (15-12), with the first period ending in a 4-4 tie and only broken in the following two periods. Both matches took place at the Guarda municipal swimming pool.

In the women’s competition, the Eagles clearly outperformed Pacence (24-6) and had a ten-goal lead by halftime.
