Hearing in the dispute between athlete Pedro Pablo Pichardo and Benfica, at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), at 1:30 PM.
The athlete filed the lawsuit against Benfica when he terminated his contract and claims payment for lack of medical care and for being prevented from accessing health insurance, while the club claims payment, alleging breach of contractual obligations, reputational damage and sporting losses.
