1. Increased penalties for offenses committed by clubs and sports agents against referees (statements about referees before matches, insults and damage to honor, threats, protests): while the LPFP proposes increasing fines by 25%, Sporting’s proposal aims to quadruple the minimum and maximum limits of fines for these offenses;

2. Creation of a disciplinary offense aimed at sanctioning the concerted behavior of ball boys that interferes with the normal course of the game, with matches being played behind closed doors (article 120 of the RDLPFP of the proposal);

3. Creation of a disciplinary offense to hold members of the clubs’ administrative bodies accountable for damaging the honor of members of the refereeing teams, namely through the dissemination of statements and other publications on social media (article 136-A of the RDLPFP of the proposal);

4- Express authorization in the competition regulations for VAR intervention in incorrectly awarded corner kick situations (article 37 of the RCLPFP proposal); and

5- Swapping the substitute benches of the visiting and home teams in order to reduce the pressure usually exerted by the home clubs on the referees: in short, the visiting team’s bench would be located behind the assistant referee (article 61 of the RCLPFP proposal).
