Londoners benefit from Man. City’s draw and are crowned champions for the first time since 2003/04.

Now it’s official: Arsenal have won the English League title.

Arsenal  did  what they had to do and beat Burnley 1-0 on Monday, benefiting from another draw by Manchester City to be crowned champions from the comfort of their own homes. This news was met with natural euphoria by the fans, who took to the streets to celebrate a title that had eluded the club since 2003/04, the legendary Invincibles season under Arsène Wenger.

Inside and outside  pubs , on the streets and (of course) near the Emirates, thousands of people celebrated Arsenal’s 14th English League title win:

Through social media, Arsenal shared a video featuring Arsène Wenger himself, beginning with a simple and clear message from the French manager: You did it. Champions move on when others stop. This is your time. Now enjoy and savor every moment.
