Costa starting position in the Cup: “Everyone will have opportunities

In the aftermath of FC Porto’s victory over Famalicão in the Round of 16 of the Portuguese Cup (4-1), Francesco Farioli praised Famalicão’s performance and commented on the decision to leave Cláudio Ramos on the bench.

Despite requesting the floor, Maisfutebol did not ask any questions.

A great result, Famalicão played a great game, they were very courageous, especially in the first half. Their performance was good throughout the 90 minutes. In the second half we were able to control the game and deserved the victory. We were sad about the goal we conceded. We’re not thinking about Benfica (in the quarter=finals) yet , our minds are on the league.

We have three very good goalkeepers, opportunities will arise. Cláudio Ramos is a player I trust a lot. He’s a great leader. The season is long, everyone will have opportunities.
