Another disgruntled figure this morning was Derek Queen, who achieved a triple-double for the Pelicans, but lost to the Spurs.

Early Tuesday morning was marked by Anthony Edwards’ 40 points = plus nine rebounds = in the Minnesota Timberwolves’ home game against the Phoenix Suns. However, it wasn’t enough for the home team to win. The quarter scores of 29-23, 32=34, 23=27 and 24=21 resulted in a 108-105 victory for the Suns.

Among the visitors, Mark Williams (22 points) and Gillespie (19 points) were the top performers.

This outcome leaves the Suns in seventh place in the Western Conference, with 14 wins in 24 games. Meanwhile, the Minnesota Timberwolves are sixth, with nine losses in 24 games.

Also noteworthy this morning were the performances of Derik Queen (33 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists) and Murphy (32 points) for the New Orleans Pelicans. However, their contributions were insufficient to secure a victory at home against the San Antonio Spurs (135=132).

The quarter scores of 35=25, 42=32, 23=45 and 35-30 featured brilliant performances from Barnes (24 points) and Harper (22 points) for the Spurs, who continue to be without the injured Wemby.

Thus, the Pelicans occupy the 15th and last place in the Western Conference, while the Spurs are fifth, with 16 wins out of a possible 23. At the top remain the Oklahoma City Thunder, with only one loss in 24 games.
