The trip to Palm Springs, in Miami, takes more than ten hours.
The National Team has already departed from Lisbon bound for the United States of America, where they will compete in the final phase of the 2026 World Cup.
After an intense morning and early afternoon, marked by the farewell to the City of Football and a visit to the Prime Minister’s residence, where they were received by Luís Montenegro, the Portuguese delegation departed from Lisbon Airport around 3:05 pm, the scheduled departure time.
The team is scheduled to arrive in Palm Springs, where it will set up its headquarters during its participation in the 2026 World Cup, in the late afternoon in Miami, which is Saturday morning in Portugal.
The national team’s World Cup debut is scheduled for June 17th (6:00 PM), against the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Portuguese team will also face Uzbekistan (June 23rd, 6:00 PM) and Colombia (June 28th, 12:30 AM) in Group K.
