Liverpool remembers Diogo Jota on what would have been his 29th

“Forever our number 20,” reads the Reds’ post on social media.

On what would have been his 29th birthday, Diogo Jota was not forgotten by Liverpool, who took to social media to leave a message of remembrance for the Portuguese international, who passed away just over five months ago in a car accident. “Today, as every day, we remember Diogo Jota on what would have been his 29th birthday. Our thoughts remain with his wife Rute, his children, parents, and all his family and friends, as well as those of his brother, André. Forever in our hearts, forever our number 20,” it reads. 

Through social media, the  Reds  sent a message of support to Diogo Jota’s wife, children, and family, as well as to his brother, André Silva.
