Fenerbahçe, with Portuguese player Nelson Semedo in the starting lineup, were eliminated from the Turkish Cup by Konyaspor in the quarter=finals, in a match decided by a penalty right at the end of extra time.
After a 0-0 draw at the end of regulation time, the only goal of the game came in stoppage time of the second half of extra time, at 120+2 minutes
Konyaspor were awarded a penalty, confirmed by the referee after reviewing the video replay, for a foul by Nélson Semedo on Blaz Kramer. From the penalty spot, Marko Jevtovic scored the winning goal, beating goalkeeper Ederson Moraes to make it 1-0.
For Konyaspor, Portuguese player Diogo Gonçalves started the match and was substituted in the 76th minute.
On Wednesday, Galatasaray-Gençlerbirligi (6:30 pm) will be played and, on Thursday, Samsunspor-Trabzonspor (4:45 pm) and Besiktas-Alanyaspor (6:45 pm).
