The club has reached an agreement with the Brazilian international to terminate his contract early, which was valid until mid=year.
Vasco da Gama, from Brazil, announced on Friday night the departure of footballer Philippe Coutinho from the squad.
Through a statement, the club announced that it had accepted the Brazilian international’s wish to terminate his contract “early,” which was valid until mid-2026. It should be noted that Coutinho represented Vasco da Gama for more than two years, with the initial period (2024) being on loan from Aston Villa.
Last season he scored 11 goals and provided five assists in 56 games for the first team, and this season he has added three goals and one assist in seven games for Vasco da Gama. Coutinho is therefore a free agent and can sign for any club.
