Not all the news has been good for Real Madrid in recent days. After securing passage to the Champions League round of 16, Los Blancos hosted and lost to Getafe 1-0 , and the team laughing all the way to the bank… is Barcelona.

The first half was marked by a great balance in terms of goalscoring opportunities, with the only team to show effectiveness in front of goal being the visitors. Taking advantage of some passivity near the area, Martin Satriano volleyed home a truly spectacular goal at the Bernabéu.

Getafe, meanwhile, occupies 11th place in the table, with an eight-point safety margin in the fight to avoid relegation.
