The right=back is on his way out of Benfica.

With no space in Benfica’s squad, Leandro Santos is now negotiating a permanent transfer to Moreirense, according to Maisfutebol .

The young right=back had advanced talks in recent weeks with Alverca and then with V. Guimarães, but both deals ended up falling through.

Leandro Santos, 20 years old, made his debut for Benfica’s first team last season under Bruno Lage, playing five games. This season he has only been used by the club’s B team.
