Forward leaves clues about the future on social media.

Sought after by Benfica , Wesley could end up at Corinthians. The Al Nassr player cleaned up his Instagram profile, deleting photos in the Saudi club’s jersey and posting a story with an image of a visit to Corinthians ‘ stadium at the end of last year, accompanied by a song titled “Crazy to return”.

The 20-year-old winger was developed at Corinthians, who sold his rights to Al Nassr in 2024 for around 18 million euros.

At the Saudi club, he participated in 40 games, the last of which was this Saturday against Al Shabab , and scored five goals, but he was never an undisputed starter for Jorge Jesus, who recently stated that Wesley ” is one of the foreign players (in the Al Nassr squad) who could be traded in this January transfer window.”

Benfica has been identified as one of the clubs interested in the Brazilian under-20 international, but is working on other deals to strengthen its attacking wings, prioritizing André Luiz (Rio Ave) and Rafa (Besiktas).

Wesley’s future may involve a return to Corinthians, who are also negotiating the loan of Kaio César (Al Hilal) and are reportedly interested in Vitinho (Tijuana), according to the Brazilian press.
