A goalless draw at Nottingham Forest leaves the Londoners with a seven=point lead over their closest rivals.

Arsenal followed the “example” of their closest rivals and failed to return to winning ways in the English League, ultimately managing only a goalless draw away to Nottingham Forest.

In a first half without any shots on target, Arsenal maintained control of possession and prevented any attacks from Sean Dyche’s men. The score remained unchanged until halftime, and in the second half the  Gunners  adopted a more offensive approach.

Between the posts, Matz Sels made every possible save to prevent Arsenal from scoring, with his intervention on Saka’s header being the most impressive, especially because of how he stretched to reach the ball. Arteta made five substitutions in search of a goal that didn’t come, and the team recorded their second consecutive draw.

Leading the English Premier League with 50 points, seven ahead of Manchester City, who lost the derby against United, and Aston Villa, although the  Villa  still have a game to play in the 22nd round.
