Paulo Oliveira, Tiknaz and Zalazar remain in the starting eleven. The Minho team are aiming for a historic appearance in the Europa League final.

As expected after the rotation implemented in the Azores, Carlos Vicens has made a complete overhaul of the Sp. Braga starting eleven for the first leg of the Europa League semi=final against Freiburg.

After resting key players from his team during the league season, the coach makes eight changes and presents what is the best possible version of the Arsenalistas for the European clash.

With several players unavailable – Niakaté, Diego Rodrigues, Gabri Martinez, Arrey-Mbi and Barisic are out due to injury, and Moscardo is serving a suspension – only three players remain in the team compared to the defeat against Santa Clara: Paulo Oliveira, Tiknaz and Zalazar.

On the German side, Julian Schuster also makes significant changes, but still fewer. In total, there are five changes, with Atubolu, Linhart, Eggstein, Grifo, and Matanovic remaining in the starting eleven.

SP. BRAGA: Hornicek; Paulo Oliveira, Lagerbielke and Vítor Carvalho; Victor Gomez, Joao Moutinho, Gorby and Tiknaz; Zalazar, Pau Victor and Ricardo Horta.
Sp. Braga substitutes: Tiago Sa, Bellaarouch, Lelo, El Ouazzani, Dorgeles, Fran Navarro, Da Rocha, Jonatas Noro, Mordomo Silva, Vasconcelos, Luisinho and Afonso Sousa.

FRIBURG: Atubolu; Treu, Ginter, Lienhart and Makengo; Eggestein and Manzambi; Beste, Suzuki and Grifo; Matanovic.
Freiburg substitutes: Muller, Huth, Jung, Scherhant, Holer, Kubler, Irié, Philipp, Hofler, Gunter, Ogbus and Tarnutzer.

Remember that kickoff is scheduled for 8 pm. For the second time in its history, fifteen years later, Sporting Braga is playing in the semi=finals of the Europa League.
